Dr. Mazzuchi knew at a very early age that veterinary medicine was the career for her. She began working at a local veterinary hospital and Humane Society when she was 13 years old. Dr. Mazzuchi graduated from Marquette Senior High School in Marquette, MI in 1986. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from Michigan State University in 1991 and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree from the College of Veterinary Medicine at Michigan State University in 1995. Since 1995, she has been an associate veterinarian at Ross Hospital For Animals working with small animals and exotic pets. Dr. Mazzuchi’s interests are in small animal dentistry, ultrasound, and exotic animal medicine and care. She is an active member of the Southeastern Veterinary Medical Association and the Michigan Veterinary Medical Association. She has also been a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) since graduation in 1995. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Mark, and they have 2 children, Amanda and Zachary, and their dog Mario.
