Marsha Katz, VMD is an experienced small animal veterinarian who joined the Ross Hospital for Animals team in 2021. Dr. Katz received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Muhlenberg College in 1990, before going on to receive her Veterinarian Medicinae Doctoris degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 1994.

With over 27 years of experience in the veterinary field, Dr. Katz is skilled in all avenues of small animal medicine but maintains a special interest in endocrinology, behavior, nutrition, and wellness care for puppies, kittens, and senior pets.

When not caring for the community’s pets, Dr. Katz enjoys indoor bike rides on her Peloton, sports, cooking, and spending time with her husband and two sons. As a long-time resident of Pennsylvania, Dr. Katz looks forward to becoming a part of the local community and exploring all that the great state of Michigan has to offer!
