As a new client of our Animal Hospital in Bloomfield Hills, you can expect our full attention to your pets’ needs.
We want your visit to Ross Hospital for Animals to be the best veterinary experience you ever had! We’re all animal lovers here, and we work hard to create a warm, inviting, and comfortable environment for you and your pet. When you check-in with our front desk, you’ll be greeted by one of our friendly and courteous team members. A member of our medical staff will soon meet you in the lobby and bring you to an examination room where we’ll ask a few questions. One of our veterinarians will then meet you and your pet, spend some time talking with you to address your concerns, recommend additional diagnostic testing if needed, and create your pet’s care plan.
We will do our best to make sure your waiting time is minimal. Our goal is to make sure all of our patients are seen on-time and in an efficient manner. Keep in mind; there will be occasional unexpected delays due to an emergency. Please accept our apologies should this happen, and understand that our team will provide the same dedication and courtesy to your pet, should they ever need it.
